New Delhi: The Media Federation of India’s 18th Annual Award Function witnessed a remarkable celebration of excellence as Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President of the International Journalism Centre, presented the Media Excellence Awards to distinguished media personalities from across India. Held at the prestigious Pyarelal Bhawan in New Delhi, the event brought together luminaries from the media industry to honor outstanding contributions to constructive journalism.

In his address, Dr. Sandeep Marwah expressed his delight in recognizing the exemplary achievements of media professionals from various corners of the country. He commended the efforts of the Media Federation of India, led by President Arun Sharma and the entire managing committee, for their relentless dedication to the welfare of journalists throughout the year.

The federation has done commendable works for the benefit of media persons,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios & Chancellor AAFT University of Media and Arts in a grand function at Pyarelal Bhawan.

I am happy to be here as guest of honor and feeling privileged to present awards to the honest, hardworking, and truthful journalists of the country. Time has come when we all have to high light the achievements of our country so that whole world should know that India is emerging as World power. It can only be achieved with the support of all the mediums of media,” added Marwah.

New Delhi: “The most popular Media person abroad is   Dr. Sandeep Marwah who has created a wonderful position for himself and brought the name of India on the highest platform with his seven World Records. His contribution as founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios, AAFT University is commendable. We honor him for his untiring services to media and entertainment industry,” said Arun Sharma President Media Federation of India on its annual Day Celebration at New Delhi.

The award was presented by Prof. Sanjay Dwivedi Director General of Indian Institute of Mass Communication Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India in a jam-packed auditorium of Pyarelal Bhawan.

“I am humbled. I must thank all the members of Media Federation of India for considering me for this exclusive award and adding on to my reputation. I am proud to be associated with the organization,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah while accepting the award.

Later Dr. Marwah presented many awards to the awardees for their respective contribution to the media world from different parts of the country on the auspicious Asian Unity Day as declared by Asian Unity Alliance on 2^nd April. Needless to say that Dr. Marwah is also Chair for International Journalism Centre, a body of 20,000 media professionals from more than 100 countries of the World.

They have been equally contributing to the cause and putting their best to give you the most correct information possible even taking risk of their life during this year of pandemic,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and National Chairman of Media And Entertainment Committee BIS Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India on the occasion of 15^th annual award function of Media Federation of India at IMA Auditorium.

I must appreciate your sincere contribution in nation building through different segments of Media including Print, Radio, Television, Social Media and media education,” added Sandeep Marwah while presenting the awards to media persons.

Later Ramdas Athawale Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India addressed the audience and congratulated on their achievements.
