| Dr. Sandeep Marwah Presents Annual MSME Awards at National Rail Museum, Delhi |
New Delhi: The Global Manufacturers and Traders Foundation’s Annual Awards recognising excellence and contribution in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector were presented at the National Rail Museum, New Delhi, in the presence of prominent public figures, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and representatives of the MSME community.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City and Member of the National Board of the MSME Development Forum, had the honour of presenting the prestigious awards to outstanding MSME entrepreneurs and organisations. He was joined by Shri Vijay Goel, Vice Chairperson, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti, and Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Member of Parliament from Muzaffarpur. The event was organised under the leadership of Shri Raja Talukar, Founder of the Global Manufacturers and Traders Foundation.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Vijay Goel appreciated the contribution of MSMEs towards strengthening the Indian economy and generating employment opportunities. He said that the MSME sector represents the entrepreneurial spirit of India and plays a vital role in taking the nation towards a stronger and more self-reliant economy. He congratulated the awardees for their dedication, innovation, and contribution to nation building.
Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Member of Parliament, congratulated the award winners and emphasised the importance of supporting entrepreneurs and manufacturers, particularly those working at the grassroots level. He said that empowering MSMEs can create greater employment, encourage local production, and accelerate inclusive economic development across the country.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah said that MSMEs are the backbone of the Indian economy and a powerful force for employment generation, innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth. “India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation cannot be complete without the growth and empowerment of its MSME sector. Recognition of successful entrepreneurs motivates the entire business community to work with greater commitment and confidence,” he remarked.
Dr. Marwah further highlighted the importance of creating stronger linkages between media, entertainment, education, technology, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, stating that collaboration among different sectors can open new opportunities for MSMEs in India and globally.
He congratulated Shri Raja Talukar and the Global Manufacturers and Traders Foundation for instituting the annual awards and creating a platform to recognise and encourage manufacturers, traders, entrepreneurs, and MSME leaders.
The award ceremony concluded with congratulations to all the awardees for their achievements and valuable contribution to the growth and development of the Indian MSME ecosystem.
