"We are ready to
offer student, faculty exchange program along with articulation and affiliation
with University of Illinois especially in the field of film, television, media
and fashion courses” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group
welcoming Phyllis M Wise the Chancellor of University of Illinois at the panel
discussion on “potential for increasing Indian Women’s enrolment at American
Centre at New Delhi organized by Indo American Chamber of Commerce.
“We are looking
for more students from India to study in USA especially Women reducing the
causes of non-enrolment” said Renuka Raja Rao Country Coordinator USIEF
explaining the statistic available for the last fifty years.
“We are
attracting students from 100 countries of the World, University of Illinois has
42000 students on its roll and alumni bank of almost million students. We
have around 1000 students from India in different courses” said Phyllis M Wise
answering to the questions.
