foreign delegates, monks, Tibetan citizens. Members of Parliament including
Tsering Youdon, Nima Lama Managing Director of Annapurna Carpet Industries,
Youdon Aukatsang Director Empowering Vision and Chandrakant N. Kharade – Patil
Secretary General of WPDRF were also present there.
