Noida: Indo Lebanon Cultural
Forum launched at Noida Film City on the request of people from many strata of
life to develop and promote relations between the two countries.
“We have realized that you
need to have a formal association of people of two countries to proceed further
in developing international relations and business,” said Sandeep Marwah
President of International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry while
announcing the patron ship of H.E. Ghassan Abdel Khalek Charge d’ Affaires of
Embassy of Lebanon in India.
H.E. Ghassan Abdel Khalek completed
B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from University of Lebanon. Prior to his
current assignment Ghassan has been Charge d' Affaires of the Lebanese Embassy
in Serbia, 1Secretary at the Lebanese Embassy in Brazil and Kuwait. Also, he
worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Beirut.
“What
a pleasure to be part of the organization. We hope that we will work together
in the field of arts and culture to promote our relations with India. This is
the first of its kind of arrangements with India. I am honored to be the Parton
of the association,” said H.E. Ghassan Abdel Khalek.
