New Delhi: It was a great celebration of 25th years of
Slovenian Independence. Some of the very important people from the field of art
and culture, politics and ministries including Member of the assembly from
Slovenia were present there.
“I am thankful to all my friends here who all have
contributed today with their gracious presence on the 25th year of
Slovenia,” said H.E. Jozef Drofenic Ambassador of Slovenia to India welcoming
the dignities to the grand affair of celebration at the Embassy.
Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios and Chairperson Indo
Slovenia Film And Cultural Forum was the special guest of the day. “I extend my
heartiest congratulations to the Ambassador of Slovenia to India on this great
occasion of completing 25 years of its independence. We have always believed in
promoting love, peace and unity through art and culture. Indo Slovenia
relations have grown as we are promoting also the cinema of Slovenia in India,”
said Sandeep Marwah.
Secretary Ministry of External Affairs and Director General
Indian Council For Cultural Affairs Amarendra Khatua was the chief guest of the
day. Ambassador of Romania, Ambassador of Poland, Ambassador of Czech Republic,
Ambassador of Slovekia, Ambassador of Bulgaria and Ambassador of Bhutan also
attended the evening.
