New Delhi: “Art is a collaboration between God and the artist, Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life, A work of art which isn’t based on feeling isn’t art at all. Imagination is the beginning of creation. You imagine what you desire, you will what you imagine, and at last, you create what you will,” said Dr Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University at the opening of Indian Art Festival while lighting the ceremonial lamp.
“India Art Festival(IAF), a contemporary art fair founded in 2011 is a biggest Indian Art Fair Network, hosting art fairs at New Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai. IAF is India’s flagship Art Fair brand, a new model for dialogue and collaborations between art galleries, art dealers, art buyers, artists, interior designer, architects and art connoisseurs who come together every year,” said Rajinder Patil the founder Director of the festival.
This is the 23rd exhibition in India, 7th in New Delhi, the exhibition exhibited 4500 works , 450 artists, 50 art galleries and 110 stalls this time at Constitution New Delhi for 4 days.
