Noida – The President of the Indian Motion Pictures Producers’ Association (IMPPA), Abhay Sinha, recently visited the renowned Marwah Studios, the founders of Noida Film City and AAFT University of Media and Arts. During his visit, he met with Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), who is an internationally acclaimed media personality.
The meeting between the two leaders was highly productive, focusing on ways to enhance the value and activities of the film, television, and media industries in India. They also discussed strengthening the relationship between the Indian media industry and its foreign counterparts. Dr Sandeep Marwah briefed Abhay Sinha with the activities and organizations of Marwah Studios in detail.
In recognition of Abhay Sinha’s deep involvement and contributions to the film industry, Dr. Sandeep Marwah presented him with the life membership of the International Film and Television Club of Marwah Studios.
“1937 was the year that saw the fulfillment of a beautiful dream for the Indian Film Industry. This was the year when IMPPA was born,” said Abhay Sinha. “The Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association, popularly known as IMPPA, is the first and only internationally recognized oldest association of the Indian film production sector. It is the original mother organization, and all other associations which exist now are the offshoots of IMPPA.”
Abhay Sinha’s visit to Marwah Studios marks a significant step towards further collaboration and growth within the film and media sectors, both domestically and internationally.
