| Dr. Sandeep Marwah Congratulates Ambassador of Slovakia, on the National Day |
New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios, and Chancellor of AAFT University, extended his heartiest congratulations to H.E. Mr. Robert Maxian, Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to India, on the occasion of the National Day of the Slovak Republic.
Dr. Marwah, who also serves as Chairman of the Indo–Slovakia Film and Cultural Forum, highlighted the strong and cordial relations between India and Slovakia, especially in the fields of culture, media, and creative exchange. He noted that the Embassy of Slovakia has been an active partner with ICMEI in almost every major international event organized over the years, contributing significantly to strengthening people-to-people and cultural ties between the two nations.
The National Day Reception of the Slovak Republic was hosted by the Embassy of Slovakia in New Delhi and was attended by a distinguished gathering of Ambassadors, High Commissioners, diplomats, and prominent personalities from the business, art, and cultural communities.
The event was graced by Mr. Sibi George, Secretary (West) Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, who represented India as the Chief Guest on the occasion, reflecting the warmth and depth of bilateral relations between India and Slovakia.
Speaking to the press , Dr. Sandeep Marwah emphasized that cultural diplomacy plays a vital role in fostering mutual understanding and long-term cooperation between nations. He reaffirmed ICMEI’s commitment, through the Indo–Slovakia Film and Cultural Forum, to further enhance collaboration with Slovakia in film, media, education, and cultural initiatives.
The evening concluded in an atmosphere of celebration and goodwill, marking another milestone in the enduring friendship between India and the Slovak Republic.
