Noida: Marwah Studios became the global confluence of creativity, culture, and couture with the successful hosting of “GLOBAL VOICES – Fashion as a Force: Fashion Beyond Borders,” an international fashion summit organized in association with AAFT School of Fashion & Design. The summit powerfully showcased fashion as a medium of global dialogue, cultural exchange, and social impact.
The high-profile summit brought together an inspiring panel of international fashion leaders and creative professionals, including Ruhi Hak, Founder of Hopeblit, USA; Shagun Gupta, CEO of LA Fashion Closet, Los Angeles; Septimius The Great, renowned Designer and Singer from Los Angeles; Rashad Todd, acclaimed Show Director from Los Angeles; Dimple Kapoor, Designer; Anna Rud, Designer from Ukraine; Shabana Meerun, Designer; Davina Boodhun, Designer from Mauritius; Kasichana Yaa, Second Secretary, Kenya High Commission; Dr. Shahzada Siddiqui, Managing Director, YESPOS, Dubai, UAE; and Priyanka Chaurasia, Designer from Texas, USA.
The summit was formally initiated by Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of Noida Film City, President of Marwah Studios, and Chancellor of AAFT University. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Marwah emphasized that fashion is not merely about trends, but a powerful force for communication, empowerment, sustainability, and global unity. He highlighted AAFT’s commitment to nurturing future-ready designers with an international outlook and strong cultural roots.
Ruhi Hak, the coordinator of the summit, articulated her compelling vision of building strong creative bridges between India and the USA, uniting fashion organizations, designers, and institutions to work collaboratively for a greater global impact.
Shagun Gupta, the chief organizer, delivered a motivating address encouraging students to step beyond boundaries, embrace innovation, and fearlessly showcase their talent on global platforms. She stressed that the future of fashion lies in collaboration, diversity, and purpose-driven design.

In a special ceremony, Dr. Sandeep Marwah honored all the distinguished dignitaries with Life Membership of the International Film and Television Club (IFTC), recognizing their outstanding contribution to fashion, culture, and creative industries worldwide.
The summit concluded with an engaging question-and-answer session, where students interacted directly with global experts, making the event both enlightening and empowering.
