Seminar- Events in Entertainment Industry Discussed During 13th Global Film Festival Noida 2020

Noida: “The most badly effected segment of entertainment Industry during Pandemic is the Events. A huge loss of revenue either because of cancellation or postponement of the shows. Entertainment has changed its shape. Everything has come to mobiles, computers and television Channels. There is a need to look for more,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President 13^th Global Film Festival Noida 2020 initiating the seminar-Need of Events in Entertainment Industry.

“Many community events are planned months or even a year in advance, but with so many unknowns amid the pandemic this hasn’t been possible. Now that the prime event season of summer is here, with many communities’ best-loved events cancelled, it is still possible to plan events with shorter notice and provide a source of hope, positivity and connection for your community,” said Dr. Sanjeev Layek of WASME.

“It will be important for events to adhere to the new safety guidelines. That is the way events can be resorted and we can move further,” added Indrajit Ghosh of MSME Chamber of Commerce

“Live musical performances and music festivals are among the best-loved types of events but can be very difficult to plan given the ever-changing guidelines and public health restrictions,” said Peter Ferris of Ferris Entertainment, London, United Kingdom.

“Hosting meetings and events post COVID-19 would require people and event management companies adjusting on a large scale. It would require a combined effort of all the sectors to kickstart the industry again,” said Abdul Mohammed Dewale President AASGON London, UK.

“One of the real problems the industry would face in the long run is that it would be tough to re-organize an event when they don’t have any timescale. As there is no specific time limit of complete eradication of COVID-19 or its control, it is hard to predict any rescheduling of events soon said Princess Angelique Monet an American multi-media talent and former Ms. Black South Carolina USA.

Gaurav Gupta of Lions Club of Delhi Veg., Rhythm Dutta of DEARC Entertainment, Dr. Vaidehi Taman of Afternoon English Daily also expressed their views during seminar. Later the seminar was followed by award function. Some of the best event and social organizations were honoured with ICMEI Excellence Award for their sincere contribution to media and Entertainment Industry.

Sandeep Marwah Meets Sanskar Bharti For Next Cultural Programs

New Delhi: A well known art and culture promoter Sandeep Marwah  met Amir Chand of Sanskar Bharti along with Anupam Bhatnagar and Sumit Maluja of Udan to discuss new programs to promote patriotism in the country.

Amir chand presented the new issues of magazine of Sanskar Bharti to Sandeep Marwah and welcomed the idea of fresh and interesting programs.

Sandeep Marwah is also patron to a cultural organization Udan and film promotion body Bhartiya Chitra Sadhna of RSS and has been associated with both the organizations from its inception.

Sanskara Bharti is working in various sections of the society with the aim of preventing cultural pollution through awakening patriotism and decent rites, encouraging the training of various arts and encouraging novice artists. Since 1990, the annual session of Samskar Bharti is organized in the form of Art Sekhak Sangam, in which musicians, plays, painting, poetry, literature and dance forms, established and novice artists from across the country exhibit their art.

AAFT Join Hands With Event Management Company in Uzbekistan

Tashkent: A well known event management company Inter Tashkent Expo under the leadership of Ms Dildora Zaynutdinova join hands with AAFT to plan further events in Delhi and Tashkent.

The first event which has been planned in Tashkent, is the festival of Indian films. The Embassy of India in Tashkent has promised to support the event. The Ministry of Film and Culture will also be the partner in this festival.

“We are lucky to find out the best event planners in Tashkent and soon we will plan an event in Tashkent. Film festival, a scholarship presentation, Joint production of a short film, exhibition of Arts and paintings in India and Uzbekistan are few in pipe line,” said Sandeep Marwah President of ICMEI.

“We are ready to join hands with the most popular setup of India in education, events and media. We will be able to learn from Marwah Studios,” said Dildora Director of Inter Tashkent Expo.

Fifteenth Issue of ICMEI News Letter Released at Marwah Studios

15th Issue of ICMEI News Letter Released

Noida: ICMEI started its news letter in 2014 and with this issue it has completed its fifteenth quarterly issue subscribed and distributed among all the Ambassadors, High Commissioners and diplomats on one side and the bigwigs of   Indian film, television and media industry on other side.

This issue covers   the   presentation of Dada Sahib Phalke Award to Sandeep Marwah for his untiring contribution to Media And Entertainment Industry for the last 30 years.

We have completed 15^th issues and every issue covers 30 best events of the quarter designed by ICMEI. All the four issues speak about 120 events in the year related to media and entertainment industry, fashion, skill development, hospitality and tourism,” said Sandeep Marwah President ICMEI while releasing the issue.

The secretary General Ashok Tyagi and Director Rajiv Mathur were also present there. The copies of  News Letter of ICMEI are also sent to all the members and people associated with the events.
