2nd GFJN 2014 was declared open to people today
at Noida Film City for three days from 12th to 14th
February. The festival is planned to mark respect to the International Day
Journalism which falls on 12th Feb.
International Journalism Centre along with many national and
international organizations are participating in the second edition of the only
festival of this kind in Asia. “We will
have 32 events including workshops, seminars, master classes, exhibitions, book
releases, Documentary, ENG and short films screenings during the festival”
informed Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios.
The festival was inaugurated by Madan Chauhan MLA UP
Assembly, H.E. Darja Bavdaz-Kuret Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia in
India, Padma Bhushan Shivajirao G Patil, Sudhir Devare former foreign Secretary Govt. of
India, Lucy Brown film maker from UK and
Alumni of AAFT Miss Asia Pacific Srishti Rana.
Festival will celebrate 13th as International
Radio Day and 14th as Valentine ’s Day with large number of
entertainment programs. The festival was attended by people from all mediums of
media.
