renowned international media personality on the inauguration of 5th
edition of awards.
BCS Ratna Awards have been launched by the Avishkar Media
under the leadership of Dr. A,K,Rastoogi. The fifth edition saw many awards for
broadcasters in different categories of work. The second part of awards was
associated with the cable industry.
The event was attended by media persons from all over
India. The entertainment fillers were
provided by foreign artists. The event was followed by dinner at Ashok.
