Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of ICMEI and Chancellor of AAFT University, extended his warmest congratulations to H.E. Mr. Néstor Gabriel Biltodano Vargas, Ambassador of Costa Rica to India, and to the people of Costa Rica on the occasion of their National Day, which falls on 15th September each year. The celebration marked a significant gesture of friendship and cultural diplomacy between India and Costa Rica.
