| Dr. Sandeep Marwah Honoured at Hand in Hand Education Summit |
New Delhi, September 2025: A powerful and inspiring Hand in Hand Education Summit was held at Hotel Radisson under the leadership of Director Meena Baluja, bringing together leading academicians and educationists from across India.
The highlight of the event was the felicitation of Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chancellor of AAFT University, for his extraordinary contributions in bringing Indian education to global recognition.
Meena Baluja, addressing the gathering, said, “Dr. Marwah has played a pivotal role in giving Indian education worldwide fame. His efforts have connected students from 145 countries, creating a truly international platform for learning.”

We must prepare our students to be global leaders while staying rooted in Indian values,” he said. Dr. Marwah also presented awards to several distinguished educationists from across India, acknowledging their contributions to the sector.
With over 35,000 graduates across 18 disciplines, AAFT University under Dr. Marwah’s leadership has emerged as one of the world’s top five film schools. It holds records for the largest number of student-led film productions and cultural events, while also being recognized as the most cost-effective film school worldwide. The summit concluded on a note of collaboration and commitment to advancing Indian education with global standards.
