Noida – Marwah Studios welcomed renowned Russian television personalities Victor Sineok, Evgenii, Vladimir, and Ms. Aleksandra, who arrived in India to film a special documentary on the Asian Academy of Film & Television (AAFT) and its wide-ranging international initiatives.
This collaboration forms an important part of the cultural and media activities planned around President Vladimir Putin’s visit to India, adding significant momentum to India–Russia creative partnerships.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo Russia Film and Cultural Forum, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished media delegates. He shared insights into the powerful role played by the International Chamber of Media & Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) in strengthening bilateral relations.
“ICMEI has been consistently working to deepen and promote cultural, media, and educational ties between India and Russia. We are committed to building long-term partnerships through films, television, arts, and creative diplomacy,” said Dr. Marwah.
The visiting Russian team explored AAFT’s world-class facilities, interacted with faculty and students, and documented the academy’s global training standards, international collaborations, and its contribution to nurturing cross-cultural exchange.
The documentary is expected to highlight India’s growing leadership in media education and showcase AAFT’s role as a bridge between the artistic communities of both nations.
The visit concluded with discussions on future joint projects under the Indo Russia Film and Cultural Forum, reinforcing the shared commitment of both countries to expand creative cooperation.
