Noida: A highly engaging and forward-looking seminar on the topic “Rise of Animation, VFX & Graphics in Cinema” was successfully inaugurated at AAFT, highlighting the rapid transformation of visual storytelling through cutting-edge technologies. The session was inaugurated by Ranjeet, legendary veteran actor of Bollywood, who has performed in over 300 films, lending his immense experience and wisdom to the occasion.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT School of Animation and a global educationist, initiated the seminar by emphasizing the revolutionary impact of animation, visual effects, gaming, and digital graphics on contemporary cinema. He underlined how AI, virtual production, real-time rendering, motion capture, and immersive technologies like AR and VR are redefining filmmaking, creating unprecedented opportunities for young creative professionals across the globe.
Ashwin Kumar, Oscar-nominated director, delivered an in-depth and inspiring address, sharing valuable insights into global animation trends, international standards, and the growing acceptance of animated and VFX-driven content in mainstream cinema.
