“From last seven years we have been working on the Global
Film Festival to promote cinema, we realized that there is no international
event in the World to bring in journalism together, we decided to launch Global
Festival of Journalism” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and
GFJN.
IFTC-International Film And Television Research Centre is
the premier film and TV research centre working on good cinema and better
journalism. Their recommendation has helped in framing Global Festival of Journalism
last year.
On their proposal 12th February has been declared
as the International Day of Journalism, which is accepted by and large by the
journalist community all over the World. International Journalism Centre will propagate
for the day.
