Speaking on behalf of ICMEI, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the chamber and Chair for the Indo-Paraguay Film and Cultural Forum, highlighted the robust and growing relationship between India and Paraguay. “It is an honor to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the people of Paraguay on this momentous occasion.
