New Delhi: As India assumes the Chair of BRICS in 2026, a significant new cultural and creative dimension has been added to the bloc with the launch of BRICS+ Fashion and Lifestyle, a platform designed to promote collaboration in fashion, lifestyle, design, and creative industries among member nations—Brazil, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Russia, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates.
In a major development, Sandeep Marwah—President of Marwah Studios, Chancellor of AAFT University, Founder of Noida Film City, and an eleven-times World Record holder—has been nominated as the Brand Ambassador of BRICS+ Fashion and Lifestyle Summit.
Dr. Marwah brings with him an unparalleled legacy of leadership in the creative industries. He currently chairs over 140 national and international creative organizations, working across cinema, media, fashion, culture, education, and skill development. As an educator and mentor, he has taught and guided more than 35,000 students in Film, Television, Media, Business, and Law, many of whom are now contributing to global creative economies.
