| Dr. Sandeep Marwah Honoured by Kala Bharti Foundation for Leading India’s Biggest Academic Literary Festival |
New Delhi: In a moment of pride for India’s literary and academic fraternity, Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University and President of Marwah Studios, was honoured by Mamta Soni, National President of the Kala Bharti Foundation, for successfully conducting the biggest Academic Literary Festival of India.
The landmark literary festival was organized by the Writers Association of India in association with Marwah Studios and AAFT, under the visionary leadership of Dr. Sandeep Marwah. The festival brought together writers, poets, thinkers, educators, publishers, and literary enthusiasts from across the country, creating a powerful platform for dialogue, creativity, and intellectual exchange.
While honouring Dr. Marwah, Mamta Soni remarked that “Dr. Sandeep Marwah’s journey—from his passion for buying books, to establishing four major libraries, and eventually conceptualizing and executing the biggest literary festival of India—is a story in itself. It reflects his lifelong commitment to knowledge, literature, and education.”
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sandeep Marwah expressed his gratitude to the Kala Bharti Foundation and the Writers Association of India for the recognition. He reaffirmed his belief that literature forms the backbone of culture and civilization, and emphasized that nurturing writers and readers is essential for building a thoughtful, progressive, and culturally rooted society. He added that AAFT and Marwah Studios will continue to promote literature, education, and creative expression through national and international initiatives.
