6th International Conference Opened at ABS

Noida: Sixth International conference on Issues   and Challenges of VUCA was organized by Asian Business School at  Marwah Studios Complex to bring in awareness among the students.

Large number of speakers from all over India expressed themselves on the subject and discussed many personal and official issues in detail to overcome business problems through case studies.

Prof Dr Rakesh K. Khandal, Richard Rekhy, Dilip Chenoy along with Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Dr. Lalitya Srivastava inaugurated the full day sessions.

“These elements present the context in which organizations view their current and future state. They present boundaries for planning and policy management. They come together in ways that either confound decisions or sharpen the capacity to look ahead, plan ahead and move ahead. VUCA sets the stage for managing and leading. But the fact is that strong determination can overcome all the hindrances,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University of Media And Arts.

Prof. Sudhir K. Jain Professor and Ex-Head- Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, Mr. Muniinder Anand (Managing Director-India and South Asia – Centre for Creative Leadership), Ms. Charandeep David Head – L&D OYO Rooms and Prof. Kartik Dave (Professor & Dean School of Business, Public Policy & Social Entrepreneurship Ambedkar University, New Delhi were the distinguished personas for the occasion.

VUCA is an acronym -- to describe or to reflect on the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of general conditions and situations; drawing on the leadership theories of Warren Bennis and Burt Nanus.

Noida: Hon’ble Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the 13th President of India graced an elaborate gathering at Asian Education Group at their campus in Noida. Students from all the schools of AEG, were present there to listen, meet and greet H.E. Pranab Mukherjee.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah addressed the students while initiating the program and pressed upon the students to have a positive attitude, self-belief and conviction with an aim to work for development of the society with vibrant India. He highlighted the importance of research and development in the growth of any country and as per him; it is the student community who has to take a lead in this regard. Marwah presented ‘Scroll of Honour’ and memento to H.E. Pranab Mukherjee.

Mohit Marwah Director AEG expressed his excitement on the arrival of H.E. Pranab Mukherjee. Akshay Marwah CEO Marwah Studios invited Mukherjee for lighting the ceremonial lamp. Dr. Lalitya Vir Srivastava, Director Asian Education Group expressed his hope that the students will always be remembering this interaction with him as a lifelong learning. 

 H.E. Pranab Mukherjee congratulated Asian Education Group for successfully imparting education for 25 years and becoming one of the most innovative, trusted and influential education groups in the country.

He called upon the student community to make India self-reliant in every field by better use of technology so that we would potentially be a super power in the coming days. But at the same time, we also need to make sure that we do not lose track of our traditional values while moving ahead.

This was certainly a great experience for students of Asian Education Group to listen to the person who held the highest office of the nation. To culminate the program, Saurabh Sharma, Director Branding and Planning Asian Education Group thanked H.E. Pranab Mukheree for taking time out of his busy schedule to have a nice an interactive session with the students of Asian Education Group.

Noida: Asian Business School got the proud privilege of hosting Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the 13^th President of India at its campus on 28^th August 2018. The program started with the national anthem followed by traditional lamp lighting, that was subsequently followed by Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President – Asian Education Group, warmly welcoming Shri. Pranab Mukherjee by presenting him with Scroll of Honour and Memento.

President of India for having taken time out of his busy schedule to come down to the Noida campus of Asian Education Group, and have an interactive session with the students and share with them his words of wisdom.

While addressing the students, Dr. Marwah pressed upon them to have a good and positive Attitude, be sure that they have an enduring self Belief, have strong Conviction and will power, keep on working for their own Development, thereby leading to overall development of the society which in turn is good for the nation, have Enthusiasm to keep on going even in difficult circumstances, be Focused to realize their ambitions even in times when one may get distracted and have a crystal clear Goal to be achieved and worked upon so as to make India a force to reckon with in the times to come. He emphasized that one needs to enjoy the work as well and only then the fruits of success tastes sweeter.

He also focused the role of faculty in the overall development of students. He told students that the faculty of Asian Education Group shall leave no stone unturned to ensure that their skills would be polished and honed to such levels that would pave the path for their successful career in future about which they and their parents shall be proud of.

He culminated his speech by calling upon the students to transform the vision of Sri. Pranab Mukherjee into reality by focusing on education thereby becoming conscientious individuals who can lead a positive change in the society in future, hence helping India become a super power in the time to come.

Noida: After the tough selection and orientation program of the students of Asian Education Group a cultural evening was planned at the campus to bring in new enthusiasm in the students.

Whole day different competitions, music and dance programs, fashion shows and presentations took place. The evening came to an end with serious talks about carriers and future prospects.

“We are serious educators and believe in over all development of the students at all the schools of Asian Education Group. No course is complete without workshops, seminars, interaction programs, festivals, visit of dignities from all fields and deep involvement of faculty in shaping up character of the student,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Education Group at Marwah Studios Complex in Noida.

“What a pleasure to be here with all of you today on the day of fresher’s party. I have enjoyed every bit of it and carrying interesting memories back home. Serious education and excess of extra circular activities mold you into complete personality,” added AAFT Alumna Srishti Kaur Miss Universe Teen who awarded all the winners of the day.

Students get an opportunity to interact with Media Pundits also,” said Sandeep Marwah introducing the renowned film director Madhurkar Bhandarkar to the new batch of Asian Business School.

“We are impressed by the activities and deep involvement of Sandeep Marwah in the media world. Visit to business school has added more incentive to be perfect in our day-to-day affairs. A film needs huge perfection and more than 3000 people get involved directly and indirectly through 30 different departments which you have to manage during the making of the film,” guided Madhur to management students.

Madhur Bhandarkar is well known for his films like Chandani Bar, Page 3, Corporate, Traffic Signal, Fashion, Calendar Girls and now Indu Sarkar. He is the recipient of Padma Bhushan and three times national Award for his films.

“We are here to create the awareness of our next film Indu Sarkar which has depicted politics of India. I am feeling elevated to work with national award winning director,” said Kirti Kulhari the main lead of the film. Kurti Kulhat started her career with Kuichdi: The Movie followed by films like Shaitaan, Sooper Se Ooper, Pink, Jal, Cute Kameena and San 75.
