Noida: Sardar Patel Forum of AAFT University celebrated National Unity Day on the birth anniversary of the great leader Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on 31^st October at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.

“We have been celebrating this big day from years together as the day gives us new strength to unite the country into one,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios while releasing the poster of National Unity Day.

“We have a special program on Radio Noida and MSTV on Sardar Patel. We want largest number of people must understand the ideology of “The Iron Man’” added Dr. Marwah.

Marwah Studios has a special counter on Sardar Patel in the books and video library. Few short films have been produced by Sandeep Marwah  on Sardar with the help of film and television students of Asian Academy of Film And Television.

The event was supported by ICMEI- International Chamber of Media And Entertainment Industry and International Film And Television Research Centre.

New Delhi: India is observing the 144th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who played a major role in the country's struggle for independence and subsequently guided its integration into a united, independent nation.

“This is a message from New Delhi the capita; of India to the every citizen of the nation to observe and believe in National Unity Day Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, 31^st October, the Birth Anniversary of Late First Deputy Prime Minister of India and Home Minister of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chief Scout For India addressing to the nation.

“Young men and women are to build-up a strong character. A nation's greatness is reflected in the character of her people. It is tainted by selfishness, such a people can not prosper or achieve great things,” said Dr. Marwah repeating the words of Sardar Patel.

“Manpower without unity is not strength unless it is harmonized and united properly, then it becomes a spiritual power, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had said.  The negligence of a few could easily send a ship to the bottom, but if it has the wholehearted co-operation of all on board it can be safely brought to part. Said Dr. Marwah.

Sandeep Marwah has been the proud product of Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodi Estate and has been the brilliant student of the school. He has been the most popular student as he was heading most of the cultural organizations of the school even at that time,. He was also head of the Scouts in School and later Sargent Major in NCC. The Indian values and teachings of Sardar Patel has been inculcate in the system for all those years of school learning.

New Delhi: A meeting of former students of Sardar Patel Vidhyalaya held at Habita Centre recently and Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios briefed them about the Sardar Patel Forum created at Asian Academy of Film And Television.

“We have already started A Sardar Patel Forum at Noida Film City and all the students of Sardar Patel Vidhalaya and Asian Education Group are the members of this forum,” said Sandeep Marwah also Chairing the forum.

Bhaskar Pant, Ashutosh Aluwalia, Arun Bhasin, Punesh Anand, Gopi Menon and Vivek Shrma who all were present there suggested lots of good ideas to promote the forum.

Marwah invited all the former students to be part of the next event at Marwah Studios. 31^st October Sardar Patel Birth Anniversary will be celebrated at AAFT as National Unity Day.
