Asian School of Performing Arts Will Participate Mozart Festival at Salzburg


Sandeep Marwah Visit to Salzburg


 Salzburg: “I am very happy to note that Mozart University is inviting International Music Schools to its festival for better learning and understanding music,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian School of Performing Arts on his visit to Salzburg, Austria.

Music is always in the air in Salzburg, the city of Mozart. The Salzburg Festival, the Mozart Week of the International Mozarteum Foundation, the Easter and Whitsun Festivals as well as the Mozarteum University with its International Summer Academy regularly attract the world’s most renowned artists to Salzburg. Many of them are former prizewinners of the International Mozart Competition.

“Therefore we are already looking forward with great anticipation to inviting many young artists to Salzburg in February 2018 and to discovering new talent. We hope very much that you will enjoy the opportunity to encounter many outstanding young musicians from all over the world.” said the representative of the festival.

The world renowned artists Lukas Hagen string quartet, and Barbara Bonney, voice (2018) will chair the juries:

Sandeep Marwah honored for Cultural Support to the Nation



Noida: Renowned film, television and media personality and great promoter of art and culture Sandeep Marwah was honored by Dr. Mahesh Sharma Union Minister of Tourism and Culture, Government of India in a grand function at Indira Gandhi Auditorium at Noida Administrative block.

“The people of India can unite only through cultural participation. We have so much of diversity in our country but we still live together and we have respect for every culture in this country, this is our strength” said Dr. Mahesh Sharma addressing the audience an members of an international social organization MoM Noida Chapter.

“I am thankful to MoM for honoring me for my contribution to social and cultural causes,” said Sandeep Marwah accepting the honor. Some of the prominent people of Noida were present in the event. It was also the inaugural of theatre division of MOM followed by a play What Next.

 NoidaMoms is a platform for moms to connect to gain energy, motivation and inspiration to get back to their dreams and aspiration, which has taken a back seat after marriage or after kids.

AAFT Is Proud Of Akshat An Actor In Lead




“Good education in film and television with practical at AAFT Asian Academy Of Film And Television is the reason of my success” said Akshat an alumnus of the institute today at the Academy to pay his gratitude to his alma matter on the completion of his first project in Acting as a lead Actor in feature film ‘Mr. Majnu’

“I am impressed by the gesture of Akshat who has taken all the pain to come back from Mumbai to meet all of us before the release of his film for blessings” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of AAFT. “We wish him great success” Marwah added.

The feature film ‘Mr. Majnu’ is Produced by Aarti & Sanjeev Uppal, Story & Directed by Geeta Tomar, Screenplay by Prakash Singh, Director of Photography Brijlala, Edited by Deepak Kapoor, Music by Naveen Jawda, Choreography by Aslam Khan, Sound by Suresh Manna.

The star cast includes Neha, Saurabh, Sheha, Sangeeta Kapoor, Ratika, Goldy Baba with AAFT alumnus Akshat of 59 batch of Acting.

Brazilian Fashion Designer Michele Michel At ASPA




“Its important to look good and trendy so that you can move with this glamorous industry of film, television and media” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios introducing Brazilian Fashion Designer Michele Michel to the students of Acting at Asian School of Performing Arts at Noida Film City.

“Wear what suits you, it is not necessary to wear expensive clothes, what you wear shows your esthetic sense, well dressed person is always well received in the community” some of the basic tips Michele Michel explained to the students while answering their questions. Michele Michel is operating from London the biggest fashion corridor of the World and has established her own brand from UK and UAE.

“Asian School of Performing Arts is immerging as one of the strongest acting schools in the world” said Satish Anand Dean Acting. “Not only that we teach powerful acting syllabus, we conduct workshops, seminars, interaction programs, film festivals, symposiums, visits, tours, technical training, film premiers, press conferences and directly connected to the industry” added Anand .

Michele assured that she will use talent from ASPA for her next fashion show in India. Lalit Kumar HOD Acting purposed vote of thanks.

Asian School Of Performing Arts has Given Another Star

“It has been proved once again that education and training in acting does matter when Ahran Chaudhary signed feature film after the successful winning of Mr. Gladrags 2010” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of Asian School of Performing Arts of AAFT while talking to the press and students of Asian Academy of Film And Television at Noida Film City.

“I am complete with AAFT training. Now I can face the World” said Ahran Chaudhary the handsome good looking hero of the forthcoming film ‘The Black Rose’ to be produced by ‘One Move Up Entertainment’ from South Africa directed by Sujeet Kulkerni who has already been director of more than 100 advertisement films and popular music videos like ‘Atma’, ‘Safar’ etc

“I was looking for a face who can fit into the lead character of my film and when I saw Ahran, it served the purpose, the best part is that he is trained too” said Surjeet who has managed to sign with Warner Brothers for the marketing of the film world wide.

The film is going to be on the floor this year with Naseerudin Shah, Gyattri Dattar as lead lady, Vishal Kaushik and many more. Ahran thanked his alma matter for everything, Later Sandeep Marwah presented the life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT to Ahran Chaudhary, Gyattri Dattar and Sujeet kulkerni.

It’s like coming back home-Seema Biswas




The leading lady and the supporting actress of many films, Seema Biswas who started her first feature film Bandit Queen Phoolan Devi from Marwah Studios in 1993 with Shekhar Kapur as director, turned emotional while talking to the students of Asian Academy of Film And Television, school of performing arts and school of media studies in the master class when she said that “It’s like coming home after many years. I have remembered each and every wall of Marwah Studios where I had spent three months”

“I am proud that Seema Biswas has considered Marwah Studios as her first school of film acting. ‘Bandit Queen Phoolan Devi’ became one of the most popular Indian International Film.” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of Asian Education Group while appreciating the works of this lady and her achievements.

Answering to the questions Seema Biswas narrated many consequences of her life with real experiences to the students of acting who all were amazed with her talent. Her role in Khamoshi, Hazar Churasia ki maa, Bhoot, Ghaav, Company, Pinjar, Water were discussed in detail.

“Seema Biswas is a very sensitive actress and gets deeply into the character” said Satish Anand dean Acting highlighting her love for theatre. Others who spoke on the occasion were Kalyan Sarkar dean AAFT, Latika Sahani dean ABS and R.K.Singh dean ASMS. To honor Seema Biswas Sandeep Marwah presented her the life membership of International Film And Television Club of AAFT.

Effective Placement Wing At Asian Education Group


“There is no channel, production house, film company, media house in print, radio, television, cinema or new media where our students are not working” said Sandeep Marwah the president of Marwah Studios and Director of AAFT a media universe in Noida consisting of Asian Academy Of Film And Television, Asian School of Media Studies, Asian Business School, Asian School of Graphics And Animation and Asian School of Performing Arts.

“We have trained 7500 students in media hailing from 73 countries of the World in 40 different courses ranging from 3months to 3years” said Prof. Harshvardhan, Director (Academics) of Asian Education Group. “ and most of the students are working in their chosen field” he added.

It is the policy of Asian Education Group to alter, amend, add, subtract, correct and mould their courses according to the requirement of the industry so that the pass out students should be adjusted into the market in no time.

It is the routine of the administration to organize campus interviews now and then in all the fields of media and some of the most important media house want to depend on the placement service of the institute.

“The special created placement cell is effective enough to handle as many students as enrolled in the batch. This is our 18th year and it speaks for our work” added Marwah. Students are also working within campus for organizations like IFTC, IFTRC, ICFF, IPBF, Radio Noida, ANA etc.

Asian School Of Performing Arts Promoted By AAFT


The management and the board of Asian Academy of Film and Television, the first private film school of the country have decided to create a separate entity for the acting school of its education society under the name and banner of ‘Asian School of performing Arts’

“It is very important to emphasis the acting course separately as there is a huge requirement of good trained actors in film and television business” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and Director of AAFT. “We need good performers even for our own films. We are providing 100 percent placements to our actors, we are conscious about their involvement” Marwah added.

“I am keen in the progress of acting students as there is no dearth of work for actors in film and television industry. They have to be groomed well and should technically fit.” said the star producer Boney Kapoor.

The acting classes will be conducted by the experts and masters of acting from India and Abroad. Some of the renowned names from all over the World have already given their consent to be part of the training program. The course has been designed by board consisting of Star Anil Kapoor, Satish Kaushik, Karl Bardosh of Tisch School of The Arts,NYU and others. AAFT is backed by Indian Film Industry.

The acting students will be provided films by Marwah Films and Video Productions. Asian School of Performing Arts will be supported by Radio Noida 107.4FM, International Film And Television Club, International Film And Television Research Centre, International Children’s Film Forum and International Public Broadcasting Forum.
