Mumbai, India: In a significant step towards strengthening its presence in India’s media and entertainment capital, Asian Academy of Film and Television (AAFT) has officially announced the opening of its new office in Mumbai.
Addressing the press at Fairmont Mumbai Airport, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder of AAFT, shared that the institution will now operate actively from Mumbai throughout the year. He emphasized that thousands of AAFT alumni are already contributing to the film, television, and media industry across various organizations, reinforcing the institution’s legacy of excellence in education and training.
“AAFT has consistently nurtured some of the finest talent in the Indian film industry. Our alumni stand as a testament to the quality and commitment of our education system,” said Dr. Marwah.
The Mumbai office will also serve as a hub to promote AAFT’s digital initiatives, including AAFT Online and AAFT Creative Courses, making world-class media education more accessible to aspiring professionals.
The first major event planned from the Mumbai office will be the upcoming AAFT Alumni Meet, organized by the Asian Alumni Association, bringing together distinguished alumni from across the Western Region.
