Noida, India: The spirit of global unity and cultural exchange came alive at the 10th Global Fashion and Design Week Noida 2026, as the rich and diverse cuisine of Peru was showcased with elegance and authenticity at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.
The AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism curated an exquisite presentation of Peruvian gastronomy, offering guests a unique culinary journey through one of the world’s most celebrated food cultures. Known for its fusion of indigenous traditions with Spanish, African, and Asian influences, Peruvian cuisine captivated the audience with its vibrant flavors and artistic presentation.
The showcase was gracefully inaugurated by H.E. Javier Paulinich, whose presence added diplomatic charm and international significance to the event.
