The exquisite showcase of Venezuelan cuisine was curated and presented by the AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism, offering guests an immersive experience into the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Venezuela. Known for its unique blend of indigenous, European, and African influences, Venezuelan cuisine reflects a harmonious cultural fusion through its flavors and ingredients .
The event was graciously inaugurated by Alfredo Caldera Guzman, Cultural Counsellor, whose presence added diplomatic significance to the occasion. The presentation highlighted iconic elements of Venezuelan gastronomy, symbolizing unity, warmth, and cultural exchange through food.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism, emphasized the importance of culinary arts in strengthening international relations.
